2025 Updates!
Hello everyone!
It took me longer than I would have liked to bring more updates, and even though I’ve been posting some news on Discord (https://discord.gg/KsmCrKAp), I’ve been waiting to finish a few things before publishing an update here.
Long story short, the main goal for this year is to publish our first game done with Reldens, but as always the road so far has been pretty bumped.
As mentioned on the latest news in Discord, while working on the game release, the plan was to continue working in the new documentation and guides (if you didn't saw it, go for it https://gitbook.reldens.com/), and at the same time ONLY TAKE NOTE of all the issues found in the way, to get those fixed before v4.0.0 stable release.
Unfortunatly, the list of issues got too long for my liking... As visible in the GitHub Project (https://github.com/users/damian-pastorini/projects/2/views/1), I already have about +55 tasks between bugs, core improvements, etc. plus around 10 game customizatios required for the release.
That been said, I'm going to get back to work on fix as many of these issues I can, focussing myself on the bugs and most related to fix the content generation (like improvements on the maps generator to get better maps at once with more data available on them, for example: ground spots that would help to define respawn areas automatically).
I think I'm going to take about 2 weeks to see what I can get from it, and then decide again how to move forward.
